The southeastern Chinese province of Zhejiang is the home of this expressive green tea, known as Mountain Mist tea. Its original name is composed of Wu (mountain mist) and Lu (fresh, green). For this tea the young and tender leaves and buds are harvested in spring or early summer. Infused, the emerald green, carefully twisted leaf produces a fresh and tangy flavor. This highly aromatic tea is particularly appreciated for its refreshing character.
